浙江聯合投資(08366.HK)擬與華冠通訊設合資開展5G手機產品開發生產及全球銷售
格隆匯12月24日丨浙江聯合投資(08366.HK)公佈，於2019年12月24日，公司與華冠通訊股份有限公司訂立合作協議，據此，公司與華冠通訊股份有限公司同意在香港成立一所初始註冊資本為4,200萬港元的合資企業，公司以現金出資約3,360萬港元，而華冠通訊股份有限公司以特定5G手機及其他終端技術資產方式出資餘下的款項。
合資企業將主要從事開展5G手機及相關產品之開發、生產及全球銷售。訂約各方同意努力在三年內令合營企業的手機年銷售量達到或超過500萬台。
協議內容為根據公司的品牌策略和訂單提出具體產品開發提案進行產品開發和設計，並以華冠通訊股份有限公司所擁有台灣鶯歌廠及江蘇吳江廠共約年產能1,000萬台的產線，接受合資企業下單生產合資企業所需的5G手機及相關產品；同時提供目前海外既有市場管道，協助該公司開拓業務。
