興蓉環境(000598.SZ)擬向再生能源公司增加註冊資本3億元
格隆匯12月18日丨興蓉環境(000598.SZ)公佈，公司擬對全資子公司成都市興蓉再生能源有限公司(“再生能源公司”)增加註冊資本3億元，並由再生能源公司向其全資子公司成都市興蓉萬興環保發電有限公司(“萬興發電公司”)增加註冊資本3億元。增資目的為實施成都萬興環保發電廠(二期)項目(“萬興二期項目”)和成都市固體廢棄物衞生處置場滲濾液處理擴容(三期)工程項目(“滲濾液三期項目”)。此次增資完成後，再生能源公司註冊資本由6.2696億元變更為9.2696億元，萬興發電公司註冊資本由3.95億元變更為6.95億元。
成都市興蓉再生能源有限公司經營範圍：垃圾滲濾液處理、垃圾焚燒發電、環保項目的投資(不得從事非法集資、吸收公眾資金等金融活動)、建設、運營管理、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務；水務、環保設備及物資的銷售和維修；高新技術項目的開發；市政基礎設施維護檢修；工程諮詢；貨物進出口、技術進出口。(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
成都市興蓉萬興環保發電有限公司經營範圍：垃圾焚燒發電項目的投資(不得從事非法集資、吸收公眾資金等金融活動)、建設、運營及管理;電力供應及爐渣銷售。(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
成都萬興環保發電廠（二期）項目：萬興二期項目總投資估算為 20.93億元(不含土地費用)，位於成都市龍泉驛區洛帶鎮獅子村，建設內容為新建一座生活垃圾焚燒發電廠，包括4條750噸/日生活垃圾焚燒線，配2台額定30MW凝汽式汽輪發電機組，日處理生活垃圾3000噸，年處理生活垃圾109.5萬噸；同步建設5條污泥幹化生產線，日處理幹污泥約140噸(含水率40%)，摺合濕污泥為420噸(含水率80%)，年處理濕污泥13.86萬噸(含水率80%)。
成都市固體廢棄物衞生處置場滲濾液處理擴容（三期）工程項目：滲濾液三期項目總投資估算為 3.83億元(不含土地費用),位於成都市龍泉驛區洛帶鎮獅子村，建設內容為新建生活垃圾滲濾液處理廠，主要內容包括膜車間、調節池、事故池、初沉池、混合池、厭氧罐基礎、生化池及配套附屬設施等，滲濾液處理系統設計規模為2000立方米/天。
此次增資將為子公司投資建設萬興二期項目和滲濾液三期項目提供資金，符合子公司實際經營需要，有利於提升其資本實力，保障項目建設順利推進。同時，投資建設萬興二期項目和滲濾液三期項目符合公司戰略規劃。項目投產運營後，將進一步擴大公司生活垃圾處理和滲濾液處置規模，增強公司在固廢處理業務領域的綜合實力，提高公司營業收入和利潤；並可有效提升成都市的環境質量，改善居民生活環境。此次投資對公司整體的現金流及財務狀況不會造成不利影響，不存在損害公司及股東合法利益的情形。
