興蓉環境(000598.SZ)擬向蓉實環境公司增加投資3.57億元
格隆匯12月18日丨興蓉環境(000598.SZ)公佈，近期，為實施大林發電廠項目，蓉實環境公司各股東擬按持股比例對蓉實環境公司增加投資共計7億元(全部計入資本公積)，其中公司按持股比例51%增加投資3.57億元，天投實業按持股比例49%增加投資3.43億元。此次增加投資完成後，蓉實環境公司的註冊資本和持股比例不變，資本公積增加7億元。
成都蓉實環境科技有限公司經營範圍：環境治理技術開發；垃圾發電(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。環保項目的投資(不得從事非法集資、吸收公眾資金等金融活動)。城市垃圾清運服務；城市垃圾處理服務；電力供應。(未取得相關行政許可(審批)，不得開展經營活動)。
根據四川天府新區成都管委會經濟運行和安監局《關於變更成都天府新區直管區大林環保發電廠項目核准批覆有關內容的通知》，大林發電廠項目總投資估算、項目建設地點等情況發生調整。大林發電廠項目當前基本情況如下：1、項目預估總投資：約27.6億元；2、項目建設內容及規模：該項目垃圾焚燒設計規模為2,400噸/日，年設計處理能力87.6萬噸，建設4條處理能力600噸/日的生活垃圾爐排爐焚燒線；同時該項目還包含污泥協同處理與餐廚垃圾處理設施，污泥協同處理設計規模為300噸/日(含水80%)，餐廚垃圾處理設計規模為200噸/日，年處理能力7.3萬噸。3、項目建設地點：成都天府新區大林街道五台村1、2組。4、特許經營權的經營模式及期限：該項目按BOT(建設-運營移交)模式實施，特許期限為25年(含建設期)，自特許權合同生效之日起計算。
此次投資將為蓉實環境公司實施大林發電廠項目提供資金，符合子公司實際經營需要，有利於提升其資本實力，保障項目建設順利推進。此次投資事項不存在損害公司利益及股東利益的情形，不會導致公司合併報表範圍的變更。
