新鴻基地產(00016.HK)公布關連交易,向Somerpath International(由三間郭氏家族公司各自擁有三分一權益的公司)出售Vivid Synergy 25%權益連貸款,總代價約9.4億元。
Vivid Synergy擁有位於香港九龍連翔道與柯士甸道西交界的非工業用地皮上興建的辦公大廈,目前,樓面總面積預期約261,600平方米。
