海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)：全資公司與主辦方聯合預中標河涌黑臭水體治理及綜合整治工程項目標段一及標段二
格隆匯12月16日丨海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)公佈，2019年12月11日，佛山市順德區公共資源交易中心(http://www.shunde.gov.cn/ggzy/)發佈了“勒流街道河涌黑臭水體治理及綜合整治工程項目--標段一(勒流街道新南大涌黑臭水體治理項目)中標候選人公示”、“勒流街道河涌黑臭水體治理及綜合整治工程項目--標段二(勒流街道江義村裏湧綜合整治工程)中標候選人公示”公告。公司全資公司廣東綠潤環境科技有限公司(“廣東綠潤”)作為聯合體成員與主辦方廣東省基礎工程集團有限公司聯合中標勒流街道河涌黑臭水體治理及綜合整治工程項目中的標段一、標段二。
建設地點：佛山市順德區勒流街道；建設規模：新南大涌總長約8km，常水位時水深約1.8m。由西向東跨域新明、江義、上湧、江村、南水五個村居，以龍洲公路為界，新南大涌可分為東西兩段，西段西起黃連河與扶安河匯合處東至龍洲公路，主要位於江義、新明、上湧村居界內，新南大涌是勒流街道轄區內的一條跨村河涌，主要功能為排澇、灌溉、景觀等。江義村裏湧起於民房和田間魚塘，西段自西向東沿着譚西環村路、譚東環村路最終流入黃連河；東段沿着東西環路和安龍環村路繞着江義村，北部流入黃連河，南部分三路水道流入一區機耕湧。全長3.088km，平均寬度7m，常水位時水深1.6m，是勒流街道轄區內的一條村級河涌，主要功能為排澇、農用灌溉等。工期：標段一、標段二的工期均為545日曆天(其中河涌清淤工作須在發出中標通知書後20個日曆天內完成)。
建設內容：標段一(勒流街道新南大涌黑臭水體治理項目)建設內容主要包含污水管網工程和其他工程(河涌清淤工程、生態修復及綠化、調水補水工程)。污水管網工程：新建污水管管徑DN200～DN1000，總長約6.09km；其他工程：內源治理河涌清淤總量約19,502.45m3(水下方)，生態修復工程新建生態駁岸(兩岸)250m，綠化面積2,624.6㎡，調水補水工程新建泵閘2座。標段二(勒流街道江義村裏湧綜合整治工程)建設內容主要包含污水管網工程和其他工程(河涌清淤工程、生態修復及綠化)。污水管網工程：新建污水管管徑DNd200~600，總長約6.94km；其他工程：內源治理河涌清淤總量約8,296.73m3(水下方)，生態修復工程新建生態駁岸250m，綠化面積150㎡。
預中標項目名稱：勒流街道河涌黑臭水體治理及綜合整治工程項目標段一、標段二；預中標金額：標段一預中標金額為人民幣約5816.06萬元；標段二預中標金額為人民幣約3832.65萬元。
該項目預中標金額合計人民幣9648.71萬元，約佔公司2018年度經審計的營業收入的3.09%，約佔廣東綠潤2018年度經審計的營業收入的21.23%。該項目合同正式簽訂並順利實施後，將對公司市政環衞業務起到積極影響。
