芯源微(688037.SH)將於12月16日在科創板上市 預計2019年扣非前後淨利潤均有所下降
格隆匯12月12日丨芯源微(688037.SH)發佈首次公開發行股票科創板上市公告書，發行數量2100萬股，發行價為26.97元/股；將於2019年12月16日在上海證券交易所科創板上市。
市盈率為112.70倍(每股收益按照2018年經審計的扣除非經常性損益前後孰低的歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤除以本次發行後總股本計算)
2019年全年，發行人預計公司營業收入有所下滑，同比約減少499.05萬至1199.05萬元，同比下降幅度在2.38%至5.71%；淨利潤預計同比減少約47.79萬元至397.79萬元，同比下降幅度在1.57%至13.05%；扣非後淨利潤同比減少約209.82萬元至559.82萬元，同比下降幅度在10.44%至27.85%。
2019年，公司預計營業收入有所下滑，主要原因如下：(1)公司前道產品主要處於驗證階段，對收入貢獻相對有限；(2)公司LED領域產品下游市場週期性不景氣；(3)公司在手訂單中世源科技相關機台合同金額為1779.29萬元(LED領域機台，已預收款項1606.41萬元)，對應收入約1500萬元，於2018年7月發機，該類機台2018年平均驗收週期為4.78個月，原計劃驗收時間為2019年，但因客户現場暫不具備安裝調試條件，驗收時間預計至2020年二季度。
公司2019年預計扣非前後淨利潤同比均有所下降，主要系當年預計營業收入有所下降導致。2019年，公司預計營業收入同比減少約499.05萬至1199.05萬元，對應毛利同比減少約230萬元至550萬元，同時考慮15%企業所得税的影響，上述收入減少導致發行人2019年預計扣非前後淨利潤同比減少195.13萬元至468.83萬元，是當期扣非前後淨利潤下滑的主要原因。由於2019年公司預計計入當期非經常性損益的與上市相關的政府補助金額同比增加200餘萬元，導致發行人2019年預計扣非前淨利潤下降金額(47.79萬元至397.79萬元)小於扣非後淨利潤下降金額(209.82萬元至559.82萬元)。
