迪威迅(300167.SZ)股票可能被暫停上市的風險提示
格隆匯12月1日丨 迪威迅(300167.SZ)公佈，2017年度、2018年度連續兩個會計年度經審計的淨利潤為負值，根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》第13.1.1條第(一)項"上市公司出現最近三年連續虧損(以最近三年的年度財務會計報告披露的當年經審計淨利潤為依據)的情形，深圳證券交易所可以決定暫停其股票上市"的規定，若公司2019年度經審計的淨利潤仍為負值，深圳證券交易所可能暫停公司股票上市。
若公司2019年度審計的淨利潤最終確認為負值，根據《深圳證券交易所創業板股票上市規則》13.1.6條規定，公司股票將於公司披露2019年年度報告之日起停牌，深圳證券交易所在停牌後15個交易日內作出是否暫停公司股票上市的決定。
公司已採取各項經營措施促進公司基本面的好轉，並取得了初步成效：
1、新型園區建設方面，公司將繼續聚焦於建設運營智慧化新型園區業務方向，提供園區規劃、設計、建設和運營等服務。依託信息基礎設施，建設園區管理平台。以該平台為載體，不但可以大量節約運維、管理人員，提高事務的溝通、處理效率，而且可以創新經營模式，通過滿足不同用户的訴求，實現園區，落户企業和公司的可持續的共贏發展模式。公司園區服務業務以獨特的定位和優秀的口碑贏得了越來越多的用户的信任，預計會有長足的發展。
2、智慧化服務方面，公司目前已經在金融、證券市場樹立了良好的市場形象及口碑，未來將在更多的產業方向上持續研發投入，以市場為導向，加強科技、強化產品，形成品質服務,實現服務價值的有效傳遞與持續交付。公司在前期技術儲備和市場調研的基礎上，將逐漸開拓智慧農業的市場，探索智慧農業平台的更深層次的應用與合作。
3、2019年三季度，公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為224.64萬元(未經審計)，較上年同期增長107.39%，已實現扭虧為盈。
