順威股份(002676.SZ)：西部利得增盈1號資管計劃將成為第一大股東
格隆匯11月29日丨順威股份(002676.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年10月24日披露了《關於持股5%以上股東所持公司部分股份將被司法拍賣的提示性公告》。合肥鐵路運輸法院擬於2019年11月27日上午10時至2019年11月28日上午10時止(延時除外)在淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台進行第一次網絡公開拍賣，拍賣公司持股5%以上股東蔣九明持有的順威股份3000萬股，佔公司總股本的4.17%，且全部處於質押/司法凍結狀態。
根據淘寶網司法拍賣網絡平台《網絡競價成交確認書》，網絡拍賣競價結果為：
1、用户姓名深圳市皓景資產管理有限公司通過競買號Q6985於2019年11月28日在合肥鐵路運輸法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“順威股份(證券代碼：002676)600萬股無限售流通股票1”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1946.4萬元；
2、用户姓名顧斌通過競買號H7673於2019年11月28日在合肥鐵路運輸法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“順威股份(證券代碼：002676)600萬股無限售流通股票2”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1891.4萬元；
3、用户姓名顧斌通過競買號V4081於2019年11月28日在合肥鐵路運輸法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“順威股份(證券代碼：002676)600萬股無限售流通股票3”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1891.4萬元；
4、用户姓名顧斌通過競買號T4305於2019年11月28日在合肥鐵路運輸法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“順威股份(證券代碼：002676)600萬股無限售流通股票4”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1891.4萬元；
5、用户姓名顧斌通過競買號F2734於2019年11月28日在合肥鐵路運輸法院於阿里拍賣平台開展的“順威股份(證券代碼：002676)600萬股無限售流通股票5”項目公開競價中，以最高應價勝出。該標的網絡拍賣成交價格1891.4萬元。
此次拍賣前，蔣九明持有公司股份1.9937億股，佔公司總股本的27.69%，為公司第一大股東；西部利得基金－建設銀行－西部利得增盈1號資產管理計劃持有公司股份1.8043億股，佔公司總股本的25.06%，為公司第二大股東。
此次拍賣過户完成後，蔣九明持有公司的股份將減少至1.6937億股，佔公司總股本的23.52%，不再為公司第一大股東；顧斌在此次拍賣中將持有公司股份2400萬股，佔公司總股本的3.33%；深圳市皓景資產管理有限公司在此次拍賣中將持有公司股份600萬股，佔公司總股本的0.83%；西部利得基金－建設銀行－西部利得增盈1號資產管理計劃仍持有公司股份1.8043億股，佔公司總股本的25.06%，將成為公司第一大股東。
此次拍賣過户完成後，公司仍將暫無控股股東、實際控制人。
