景嘉微(300474.SZ)子公司與湖南長城簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月28日丨景嘉微(300474.SZ)公佈，2019年11月28日，公司的全資子公司長沙景美集成電路設計有限公司(“景美”或“乙方”)與湖南長城科技信息有限公司(“甲方”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》(“協議”)。
此次合作目的為甲乙雙方以互信、慣例與默契為基礎，通過雙方的緊密合作，共同打造雙贏、可持續發展的戰略合作伙伴關係，為政企用户提供產品及解決方案。通過品牌、產品、技術等全方位合作，共同完成產品整合、資源共享。
合作內容：1、產品整合：甲乙雙方共同討論產品整合方案，致力於優化整合雙方產品，雙方均需開放經雙方確定後的產品及部分資源，以幫助改進雙方產品及聯合方案的客户體驗。
2、市場合作：(1)在湖南省區域內，甲乙雙方應優勢互補，同等條件下，雙方以最優條件(包括但不限於優先供貨、優惠價格等)向對方提供各自經營領域內的方案、產品和服務；雙方在各自經營活動中，相互優先向自身服務的客户羣體推薦對方的方案、產品和服務。
(2)乙方提供產品為基於JM7200的國產圖形顯卡，2020年甲方擬採購的數量為100,000(套)，乙方保證在該需求範圍內的產品優先供應，但前述數量不構成甲方對乙方的實際承諾，實際採購數量以甲方集成乙方產品後製成的整機參與湖南省政府採購項目招標後實際中標的數量為準。
(3)甲方集成乙方產品後製成的整機中標湖南省政府採購項目後，雙方將就合作涉及的雙方各自具體權利義務另行簽訂相關採購合同、或框架採購合同(含訂單)，產品的名稱、規格型號、單次供應數量、交貨期以雙方另行簽訂的相關採購合同、或框架採購合同(含訂單)為準。乙方承諾將按市場最優價格向甲方供應產品。
(4)甲、乙雙方共同投入資源舉辦市場推廣活動。
(5)甲方開放市場資源渠道以及建立保障服務團隊，乙方應積極配合甲方所售產品的售後保障服務。
3、聯合攻關：甲乙雙方就國產設備基礎硬件研發以及適配等聯合攻關，共同保障客户的產品體驗與使用。
該協議的簽署，對信息安全產業鏈的發展具有推進作用，能夠充分發揮雙方的技術優勢、資源優勢、市場優勢，推動雙方研發具有強勁市場競爭力的產品，實現共同利益；符合公司未來的戰略發展規劃，將進一步提升公司的核心競爭力，對公司未來市場開拓、新業務的發展產生積極影響。
