三聯虹普(300384.SZ)近期簽署累計7694萬元日常經營合同
格隆匯11月27日丨三聯虹普(300384.SZ)公佈，公司近期簽署了累計7694萬元人民幣的日常經營合同，佔公司2018年度經審計營業收入的12.42%。
公司與浙江嘉華合作的尼龍66項目，首次採用了三聯虹普全新的尼龍66切片乾燥、調質技術，其濕度控制精度及能耗指標均處於世界領先水平，並結合公司在尼龍紡絲工程領域固有的技術優勢，為浙江嘉華打造一套高效低耗的高品質尼龍66纖維一體化工程解決方案。尼龍66乾燥、調質、紡絲一體化的模式也將為公司未來在尼龍66領域打開新的競爭格局。
尼龍66具有輕質、高強、耐磨、吸濕快乾、耐低温、色牢度高等優異特性，在軍用領域，歐美髮達國家廣泛應用於降落傘、飛機輪胎簾子布、作訓服、特種防護服等軍需裝備，而這一領域在我國尚屬空白。在民用領域，尼龍66具有良好的耐低温特性，在零下40℃仍能保持原有回彈性，其在專業户外服用的地位無可替代。隨着我國2020年冬奧會即將舉辦，國家大力推廣全民參與冰雪運動，《冰雪運動發展規劃》提出，至2025年將帶動3億人蔘與冰雪運動，未來耐高寒户外服用尼龍6及尼龍66纖維市場需求潛力巨大。
台華新材(股票代碼：603055)是國內知名的錦綸全產業鏈生產企業，被中國紡織工業聯合會認證為我國錦綸面料細分行業的龍頭企業，是國內少有的能夠生產高檔尼龍66-FDY產品的“國家火炬計劃重點高新技術企業”，被國家紡織產品開發中心授予“錦綸(尼龍)織造產品開發基地”、多年被評為“國家錦綸面料開發基地”，是唯一獲得“中國功能性錦綸絲織物精品生產基地”榮譽的企業。台華新材在軍用領域積極佈局，與際華集團簽署了戰略合作協議，攜手開發軍用高端產品，擬在國內軍品、特殊防護行業取得技術領先優勢和市場核心競爭力。此次公司與浙江嘉華的合作將打造軍用級、高品質、差異化錦綸66樣板工程，並且基於台華新材完整產業鏈，充分反饋面料開發對於纖維產品的品質要求，促進公司持續提升工藝及裝備技術水平，推動公司在尼龍66領域高質量發展並保持領先優勢。
上述合同累計金額7694萬元人民幣，佔公司2018年度經審計營業收入的12.42%，如合同順利履行，將對公司未來1-2年經營業績產生積極影響。
