中航光电(002179.SZ):河南财政厅间接接盘公司9.54%股份
中航光电(002179.SZ)公布,收到第二大股东河南投资集团函告,河南省人民政府授权河南省财政厅对河南投资集团履行出资人职责,河南省发展改革委员会不再履行相关职责。
股东权益变动後,河南投资集团直接及间接持有公司股份数量及比例均未发生变化,河南省财政厅通过河南投资集团间接拥有公司1亿股A股普通股股票,占公司总股本的9.54%。
公司表示,此次股东权益变动不会导致公司控股股东、实际控制人的变化,不会对公司治理结构及生产经营产生重大影响。
