*ST猛獅(002684.SZ):湖北猛獅破產清算申請獲受理
格隆匯11月19日丨*ST猛獅(002684.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司湖北猛獅新能源科技有限公司(以下簡稱“湖北猛獅”)於近日收到湖北省宜城市人民法院的《通知書》,根據債權人湖北宜城農村商業銀行股份有限公司(以下簡稱“湖北農商行”)的申請,湖北省宜城市人民法院裁定受理湖北農商行提出的對湖北猛獅進行破產清算的申請。
湖北省宜城市人民法院已受理湖北農商行對湖北猛獅的破產清算申請,湖北猛獅將正式進入破產程序。進入破產清算程序後,湖北猛獅由法院指定的管理人接管,公司將喪失對其控制權,湖北猛獅不再納入公司合併報表範圍。湖北猛獅年產5GWH鋰電池項目為湖北省重點項目,且湖北猛獅尚有淨資產近億元,不存在資不抵債的情況。
