TCL集團(000100.SZ)擬參與投設廣東融創嶺嶽 滿足公司半導體顯示產業鏈的上下游佈局和橫向整合需求
格隆匯11月18日丨TCL集團(000100.SZ)公佈，公司定位於全球領先的高端科技產業集團，在TCL華星既有效率效益領先的基礎上，打造產品、技術和生態的核心競爭力，並順應產業發展趨勢，推動產業鏈縱向延伸和橫向拓展，實現半導體顯示及材料業務的全球領先。同時，公司將積極發揮產業金融和投資的資源優勢，以兼併、重組等方式，擇機進入相關基礎性、高科技、具備一定協同性的戰略新興產業，配置具備持續發展的核心資產和業務，培育壯大發展新動能。
為協同和運用多方資源，實現各要素的優化配置，加速企業戰略實現，公司擬參與投資設立廣東融創嶺嶽智能製造與信息技術產業股權投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“廣東融創嶺嶽”或“基金”)。
基金以有限合夥的形式組建，目標規模為30億元，分兩期募集。首期目標募集規模為20.3億元，其中：公司認繳出資7.5億元、廣東粵財產業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“粵財產業基金”)認繳出資4億元、重慶小康工業集團股份有限公司(“小康股份”)認繳出資1.5億元、安徽荃銀高科種業股份有限公司(“荃銀高科”)認繳出資1億元、深圳前海中新融創資本管理有限公司(“前海中新融創”)認繳出資3000萬元、寧波梅山保税港區創溢資產管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“寧波創溢”)認繳出資1億元、重慶昊融睿工投資中心(有限合夥)(“重慶昊融睿工”)認繳出資3億元、唐盈(寧夏)投資管理有限公司(“唐盈投資”)認繳出資2億元。後續目標募集規模9.7億元。
公司此次與前海中新融創、寧波創溢等共同設立投資基金，可調動和協同多方產融資源，滿足公司半導體顯示產業鏈的上下游佈局和橫向整合需求，以及更專業和開放尋找面向未來發展的核心資產和業務配置的要求，同時通過專業化的管理和市場化的運作，獲取財務收益，拓展以產業為牽引的產業金融和投資業務。
