元隆雅圖(002878.SZ)與科大訊飛簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯11月18日丨元隆雅圖(002878.SZ)公佈，公司與科大訊飛2019年11月18日簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。合作內容如下：
公司主要為世界500強公司及國內知名企業提供整合營銷服務，聚焦於禮贈品(促銷品)創意設計和供應、數字化促銷服務和新媒體營銷，同時也是2022年北京冬奧會特許紀念品生產商和零售商。科大訊飛作為中國智能語音與人工智能產業領導者，在語音技術上擁有國際領先的成果。經雙方友好協商，達成如下協議：
1、特許商品領域：雙方合作研發銷售北京2022年冬奧會和冬殘奧會特許商品（包括但不限於北京2022年冬奧會和冬殘奧會特許商品及其他定製品）。
2、人工智能產品領域：結合公司優秀的方案創意策劃、禮贈品設計研發優勢，充分發揮科大訊飛旗下高端人工智能、智能語音等核心技術優勢，在公司旗下自主品牌、授權品牌以及特許項目、客户禮贈品項目展開智能產品深度合作開發。
3、禮贈品行業市場渠道深度合作開發：充分發揮公司在禮贈品行業、客户市場渠道，尤其在母嬰市場渠道以及線上線下新媒體營銷、數字化和實物促銷禮贈品整合營銷的優勢，對雙方合作開發成果、科大訊飛旗下包括訊飛淘雲人工智能產品的禮品市場與渠道展開深度合作開發。
4、資源共享：組建聯合產品研發與渠道開發團隊，共同開展人工智能產品規劃、產品研發以及運營推廣等相關工作。
此次簽署戰略協議，公司及科大訊飛將利用各自領域的資源優勢，合作開發人工智能產品(包括但不限於北京2022年冬奧會和冬殘奧會特許商品及其他定製品)、共同建立人工智能產品的禮品行業及業務生態示範圈,在人工智能禮品領域標準制定、能力共享、數據對接、服務增值、產業鏈合作等方面形成互補，進一步增強公司在整合營銷行業的產品創意設計能力，加大與其他競爭企業的產品差異，更好的滿足目標市場及客户需求，發揮公司與合作方的協同效應，形成新的盈利增長點。
