物業股新秀藍光嘉寶(2606.HK)本週累漲近17%,還能持續上漲嗎?
藍光嘉寶服務(2606.HK)今日上漲4.50%,報52.25元,盤中高見52.80元,創今年十月上市以來新高,截止今日收盤本週累漲近17%。

藍光嘉寶是四川的一家物業管理服務公司,同時也是A股上市公司藍光發展(600466.SH)旗下的子公司。物業管理行業的賽道不錯,行業也處於快速發展期,香港上市的同類公司也很多,具有可比性。
對於剛上市的新股,現在是追高買入還是止盈賣出,其實可以從兩個角度進行考慮:一是公司自身的體量;二是同類公司的估值對比。
1、藍光嘉寶的體量
根據招股書,截止到2019年上半年,藍光嘉寶在管面積是6330萬平米,位列四川省第一名和全國第11位。

其他已經上市的物業公司中,到2019年H1,碧桂園服務(6098.HK)在管面積21681萬平米,綠城服務(2869.HK)是18420萬平米,雅生活服務(3319.HK)是21119萬平米,永升生活服務(1995.HK)是4900萬平米,新城悦服務(1755.HK)是4440萬平米。

藍光嘉寶2018年14.7億元,同比增長58.7%,淨利潤2.9億元,同比增長57.0%。按照在管面積,營業收入和淨利潤的體量,公司同一梯隊的可比企業有新城悦服務,永升生活服務。
其中新城悦服務主要對接新城控股的資源,永升生活服務對接旭輝地產,藍光嘉寶依靠的是藍光發展。
