植耀輝: 港股續試底機會大 物管股宜待調整吸納
耀才證券研究部總監植耀輝稱,港股方面,昨日(14日)持續受壓,並跌至10月中旬低位,似乎短期大市仍會持續弱勢,皆因現時仍未見有利好消息,而中美貿易談判似仍未見突破,本地局勢然未明,同時投資者亦開始關注企業盈利情況,因此大市再下試低位機會頗高,預期或會下試26,000點水平。
股份方面,雖然大市走勢仍差,但物管股依然維持強勢,多隻股份持續創新高。當然,業務表現穩定以及輕資產概念,令相關板塊成為近日資金避難所,不過累積升幅其實已頗驚人,所以即使筆者仍然看好該板塊,亦仍認為中海物業(02669.HK)屬行業首選,只是現水平已不宜高追,宜待回落至4.5元附近再作考慮。
