格隆匯11月14日丨歌禮制藥(01672.HK)公告,根據購回授權,公司獲准購回最多1.12億股股份,相當於股東周年大會日期已發行股份總數的10%。
公司現時的財務狀況穩健。董事會認為股份現時的成交價未能反映其內在價值。董事會相信,建議股份購回及於其後註銷所購回的股份可提升股份的價值,從而提高公司股東的回報。
此外,董事會相信,建議股份購回反映公司對自身的長遠業務前景及公司的增長潛力充滿信心,且最終將可惠及公司,並符合公司及公司股東整體的最佳利益。
