寶馨科技(002514.SZ)：慧網電力擬投資採用高壓電極鍋爐蓄熱供熱參與大板電廠供熱機組靈活性調峯改造項目
格隆匯11月13日丨寶馨科技(002514.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月13日召開第四屆董事會第二十三次會議，審議通過了《關於控股孫公司擬投資採用高壓電極鍋爐蓄熱供熱參與內蒙古大板發電有限責任公司供熱機組靈活性調峯改造項目的議案》。
公司全資子公司南京友智科技有限公司的控股子公司南京友智慧網電力科技有限公司(“慧網電力”)擬與內蒙古大板發電有限責任公司(“大板電廠”)合作，由慧網電力投資建設電鍋爐及蓄熱設施參與機組深度調峯，項目名稱為“內蒙古大板發電有限責任公司供熱機組靈活性調峯改造項目”。
項目建設所在地：大板電廠廠址位於內蒙古赤峯市巴林右旗大板鎮，是國家電力投資集團公司全資控股的大型火力發電廠，項目由國家電力投資集團公司蒙東能源公司負責運營管理。項目可研估算總投資為 1.3869億元。
該項目由慧網電力在大板電廠以“BOT”(建設經營轉讓)的模式建設電蓄熱項目並向大板電廠提供電蓄熱調峯輔助服務，由大板電廠按照合同約定支付相應的調峯輔助服務費用。項目經營期限預計為10年。回報方式：慧網電力應用高壓電極鍋爐蓄熱供熱參與大板電廠供熱機組靈活性調峯改造，分享電網調峯補貼。
該項目是為了執行該文件精神，在大板發電廠現有廠區內增設電鍋爐進行靈活性改造，配合現有燃煤供熱機組冬季供暖期內的機組靈活性運行需要而建設的配套工程，主要利用燃煤供熱機組在供暖期內特定時段電網無法接納的電力進行加熱蓄熱，並實現對外供熱，提高燃煤供熱機組的對外供熱能力。通過在電廠內的電熱轉換可以改變燃煤供熱機組傳統的“以熱定電”運行方式，實現“熱電解耦”，同時滿足對外供熱和供電的需要，提高了燃煤供熱機組的靈活性。
此次投資有助於拓寬並強化公司在電網靈活性調峯領域及高壓電極鍋爐應用領域的行業地位，從而提升公司營業收入規模，增強可持續盈利能力。
