格隆匯11月12日丨卧龍地產(600173.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司紹興市上虞區卧龍天香南園房地產開發有限公司(以下簡稱“天香南園”)在董事會權限下參與競買上虞經濟開發區[2018]J7號地塊。
接天香南園通知,天香南園於2019年11月12日通過浙江省土地使用權網上交易系統,最終以人民幣3.85億元競得上虞經濟開發區[2018]J7號地塊的國有建設用地使用權。
