BENG SOON MACH(01987.HK)香港發售獲超購25.41倍 11月8日上市
格隆匯11月6日丨BENG SOON MACH(01987.HK)公告，公司發售價定為每股發售股份0.5港元，股份將以每手4000股買賣，預期將於2019年11月8日上市。
香港公開發售項下初步提呈發售的香港發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，共獲認購合共6.6億股香港發售股份，相當於香港公開發售項下初步可供認購的香港發售股份總數2500萬股約26.41倍。由於根據香港公開發售有效申請的發售股份數目為根據香港公開發售初步可供認購的發售股份數目的15倍或以上，但少於50倍，故根據國際發售初步可供認購的合共5000萬股發售股份已重新分配至香港公開發售，致使香港發售股份總數增至7500萬股發售股份，佔全球發售初步可供認購發售股份的30%。
國際配售下初步提呈發售的發售股份已獲輕微超額認購，總認購量為2.37億股發售股份，相當於國際配售下初步可供認購的2.25億股國際配售股份總數約1.05倍。於香港公開發售與國際配售間重新分配發售股份後，國際配售下發售股份的最終數目為1.75億股發售股份，佔全球發售下發售股份總數約70%。
公司已向聯席全球協調人授予超額配股權，可於上市日期起至遞交香港公開發售申請截止日期後30日予以行使，要求公司按發售價配發及發行最多3750萬股股份（佔全球發售下初步可供發售的發售股份15％），以彌補國際配售的超額分配。國際配售中並無就發售股份作出超額分配。因此，超額配股權將不獲行使。
全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為7750萬港元，約66.0%將用於加強公司機隊，收購具有不同負荷的挖掘機（當中包括1台48.5米長臂挖掘機）及挖掘機配件；約17.4%將用於償還公司按年利率約2.9%計息並於2019年到期的銀行借款；約11.8%將用於在截至2021年12月31日止三個年度藉增聘員工擴充員工隊伍；約2.9%將用於聘任專業顧問，以就註冊CW02土木工程工種B1級而審查我們的內部管理系統；及約1.9%將用作公司的一般營運資金。
