包鋼股份(600010.SH):金屬公司已收到工銀資產劃付的7.95億元
格隆匯11月4日丨包鋼股份(600010.SH)公佈,公司第五屆董事會第二十九次會議和2019年第二次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於引進投資者實施市場化債轉股暨簽署相關(關聯交易)協議的議案》,包頭鋼鐵(集團)有限責任公司(“包鋼集團”)、公司及其全資子公司內蒙古包鋼金屬製造有限責任公司(“金屬公司”)、工銀金融資產投資有限公司(“工銀資產”)擬簽署《關於內蒙古包鋼金屬製造有限責任公司之投資協議》;公司、金屬公司、工銀資產擬簽署《關於內蒙古包鋼金屬製造有限責任公司之增資協議》,工銀資產擬投資7.95億元參與債轉股。
近日,金屬公司已收到工銀資產劃付的7.95億元。
目前,金屬公司為公司的全資子公司,增資後的金屬公司股權結構以工商變更登記為準。
