*ST柳化(600423.SH)：資產包一由華信藍海公司以3.04億元拍得 預計產生資產處置損失7.8億元
格隆匯11月3日丨*ST柳化(600423.SH)發佈資產拍賣進展情況，公司於2019年10月26日委託廣西萬誠拍賣有限公司(“萬誠拍賣”)對公司兩項資產包進行公開拍賣。
萬誠拍賣於2019年11月2日在柳州市晨華路12號盛豐國際1棟3樓1號拍賣大廳對公司兩項資產包進行了公開拍賣。
資產包一為公司位於柳州市柳北區北雀路67號廠區的機器設備，賬面淨值約10.68億元，評估值約4.82億元，快速變現估值約3.11億元。第一次拍賣以3.8億元為保留價，在規定時間內無競買人應價，公司管理人現場通知萬誠拍賣調低保留價20%至3.04億元進行第二次拍賣，山西華信藍海實業有限責任公司(“華信藍海公司”)在3.04億元起拍價應價併成交。
資產包二為公司其他低效資產，包括對外債權、機器設備以外的固定資產和長期待攤費用、股權，合計賬面淨值約8.50億元，評估值約5.01億元，快速變現估值約3.76億元。第一次拍賣以快速變現估值作為保留價，在規定時間內無競買人應價，公司管理人現場通知萬誠拍賣兩次調低保留價20%，但在規定時間內仍無競買人應價。
拍賣結果為資產包一成交，買受人為華信藍海公司，成交價格為人民幣30,400萬元。資產包二因在規定時間內無競買人應價而流拍。
根據《重整計劃》的規定，公司及管理人將再次委託萬誠拍賣對本次流拍的資產包二進行公開拍賣，公開拍賣定於2019年11月10日10：00時在柳州市晨華路12號盛豐國際1棟3樓1號拍賣大廳進行，報名截止日期：2019年11月9日16時，展示期間：公告之日起至2019年11月8日止。
此次資產拍賣是執行《重整計劃》的需要。通過剝離低效資產，可以優化上市公司的資產結構，有利於促進公司未來向好發展。同時，此次資產拍賣成交，將使公司資產規模大幅減小，且由於拍賣成交價格低於相應資產的賬面淨值，由此導致資產處置損失，增加公司當期虧損。經公司財務部門初步測算，預計此次資產包一拍賣成交將產生資產處置損失約7.8億元，公司將嚴格依據企業會計準則的規定確認損益，會計處理及具體損失金額最終以會計師事務所審計結果為準。特別提醒廣大投資者注意投資風險。
