吉宏股份(002803.SZ)：與火幣中國簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯10月28日丨吉宏股份(002803.SZ)宣佈，公司於2019年10月25日與上海火昱科技有限公司(下稱“火幣中國”)簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方擬就區塊鏈商品溯源、賦能精準營銷和積分流通等方面開展合作。雙方將結合各自的行業優勢和產業特點，着重在以下範圍內開展合作：
1、利用火幣中國在區塊鏈行業領先的產業和技術優勢，針對公司自營的互聯網(廣告及電商)業務共同建立可擴展的去中心化數據庫並提供相應的雲計算服務；並結合公司的供應鏈業務(含包裝集採、食品配送等)建立基於區塊鏈技術的供應鏈管理系統，提供一個全程可追蹤的供應鏈應用場景，提升消費者信任度，提高效率，降低不確定性風險。
2、結合公司的業務特點和需求，為公司開發支持分銷激勵和積分轉化的區塊鏈系統，支持其自營平台及品牌客户實現商品防偽溯源和客户精準營銷等目的，促進價值互通共享；
3、結合雙方在各自領域的行業資源和優勢，雙方就“區塊鏈+一物一碼”等區塊鏈賦能新零售的方式展開研究和實踐，並優先將其進行落地應用，打造區塊鏈技術在精準營銷領域應用的行業案例。
區塊鏈是分佈式數據存儲、點對點傳輸、共識機制、加密算法等計算機技術的新型應用模式，本質上為一個去中心化的數據庫，隨着區塊鏈技術的發展應用，目前已延伸至數字金融、物聯網、智能製造、供應鏈管理等多個領域。
火幣中國是業內領先的區塊鏈產業一站式服務平台，致力於以區塊鏈技術探索數字經濟模式創新，打造產業級區塊鏈底層技術、區塊鏈與實體產業融合、“區塊鏈+”行業應用的綜合服務體系，推動區塊鏈持續賦能產業經濟、行業研究、人才培養等全面發展。
