中國高科(600730.SH)擬增加經營範圍教育諮詢及技術開發等
格隆匯10月27日丨中國高科(600730.SH)公佈，2019年10月25日，公司召開第九屆董事會第六次會議，審議通過了《關於增加經營範圍及修訂
<公司章程>
部分條款的議案》，董事會同意公司結合實際經營需要，增加營業執照及《公司章程》中的經營範圍；同意公司對《公司章程》部分條款實施修訂；同意提請股東大會授權董事會及董事會委派的人士全權負責辦理後續工商備案登記等相關事宜。
根據公司實際經營需要，公司擬增加營業執照及《公司章程》中的經營範圍。
1、原經營範圍：實業投資；創業投資；技術及商品展示；投資及經濟技術諮詢服務；電子通訊產品的生產銷售；國內貿易(除國家專項審批)；自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(不另附加進出口商品目錄，但國家限定公司經營和國家禁止進出口的商品及技術除外)；經營進料加工和“三來一補”業務；開展對銷貿易和轉口貿易。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動。)
2、增加後經營範圍：實業投資，創業投資，技術及商品展示，投資及經濟技術諮詢服務，電子通訊產品的生產銷售，國內貿易(除國家專項審批)，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務(不另附進出口商品目錄，但國家限定公司經營和國家禁止進出口的商品及技術除外)，經營進料加工和“三來一補”業務，開展對銷貿易和轉口貿易；教育諮詢；技術開發(或者教育技術開發)；技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術推廣；軟件開發；軟件諮詢；計算機系統服務；基礎軟件服務、應用軟件服務；數據處理；銷售計算機、軟件及輔助設備、電子產品、通訊設備、自行開發後的產品；會議服務；承辦展覽展示活動；從事互聯網文化活動。(企業依法自主選擇經營項目，開展經營活動；依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動；不得從事本市產業政策禁止和限制類項目的經營活動)。
