格隆匯10月25日丨保利地產(600048.SH)發佈2019年前三季度報告,實現營業收入1117.94億元,同比增長17.17%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤128.33億元,同比增長34.08%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤122.59億元,同比增長37.21%;基本每股收益1.08元。

毛利率為35.89%,較去年同期增長3.18個百分點;實現銷售回籠3098億元,回籠率達到89.34%,回籠率較去年同期提升3.62個百分點。截至報告期末,公司總資產9752.00億元,淨資產1985.09億元,資產負債率為79.64%;扣除預收款項後,其他負債佔總資產比重僅為40.38%,負債結構較為合理。

2019年第三季度,公司實現簽約金額941.49億元,簽約面積657.31萬平方米;新拓展項目40個,新增容積率面積667萬平方米。2019年前三季度,公司累計實現簽約金額3467.73億元,同比增長14.20%,其中一二線城市的簽約金額佔比75%;實現簽約面積2293.78萬平方米,同比增長13.29%。

前三季度,公司累計新拓展項目84個,新增容積率面積1493萬平方米,總拓展成本996億元,其中一二線城市拓展金額佔比76%。前三季度,公司新開工面積3675萬平方米,竣工面積1723萬平方米,在建面積11852萬平方米,分別同比增長11.5%、46.9%和42.7%。

截至三季度末,公司已覆蓋國內外108個城市,共有在建擬建項目666個,總建築面積24772萬平方米,待開發面積7654萬平方米,為公司的持續發展奠定堅實基礎。
