禹洲地产(01628.HK)公布,购回其於2021年到期之7.90厘优先票据收购要约之最高可接受金额为3.5亿美元,公司已委任中银国际亚洲有限公司及德意志银行香港分行担任收购要约的联席交易商管理人,并已委任D.F. King Ltd.担任收购要约的资料及收购代理人。
