中海外(00688.HK)首三季合约物业销售额达2,902.2亿元 按年升28%
中国海外发展(00688.HK)公布,截至2019年9月30日止九个月,集团的经营业务收入为1,219.5亿元,按年上升9.9%。经营溢利为440.3亿元。於第三季度,经营业务收入为285.7亿元,经营溢利为74.2亿元。
集团在今年首九个月累计完成合约物业销售总额达2,902.2亿元,按年上升28.2%。集团将会竭力完成全年销售达到不少於3,500亿元的目标。
公司指,在现有政策环境促进下,内地房地产市场将保持长期健康平稳发展。另外,随着近期香港整体经济出现下滑趋势,估计短期内楼市销售量会受一定影响,长远而言集团对香港楼市充满信心,将以笃定的战略与高效的执行力应对外部环境的不确定,实现超越平均的较快增长,持续高效回报股东。
