51信用卡(02051.HK):外包催收公司涉嫌寻衅滋事集团需配合调查 午後复牌
51信用卡(02051.HK)公布,昨日(21日)於浙江杭州之办事处接受中国有关政府部门上门调查。杭州市公安局已发布消息称,杭州警方於同日对集团委托之外包催收公司,涉嫌寻衅滋事等犯罪行为开展调查,公司就此全面配合调查。
另外,51信用卡亦表示留意到网络上流传有关集团泄漏个人资料,以及非法盗取个人资料的传言。公司澄清集团所有的个人信息收集均有合法用户授权,并不存在未经用户授权非法盗取信息的情况。针对媒体的不实报导及误导性分析,公司保留法律追责的所有权利。
该公司指,目前集团经营管理情况一切正常,财务状况稳健。集团的运营情况随时可以接受中国政府和第三方审计公司的监督。该股将於午後复牌。
