永利股份(300230.SZ)擬增資入股3D金屬打印和3D激光雕刻服務公司德科精密
格隆匯10月18日丨永利股份(300230.SZ)公佈，公司下屬全資子公司百匯精密塑膠模具(深圳)有限公司(“百匯精密深圳”)擬以自有資金人民幣1900萬元通過增資擴股的方式投資認繳深圳德科精密科技有限公司(“德科精密”或“標的公司”)352萬元的新增註冊資本，認購股權的溢價部分人民幣1548萬元計入德科精密的資本公積金。
德科精密原註冊資本為人民幣1500萬元，此次增資擴股完成後，德科精密註冊資本增加至人民幣1852萬元，百匯精密深圳佔德科精密增資後註冊資本的19.01%。
德科精密主要為模具製造行業提供專業的3D金屬打印和3D激光雕刻服務。
德科精密主要為模具製造行業提供專業的3D金屬打印和3D激光雕刻服務，德科精密的核心團隊在模具製造行業有着深厚的理論功底和豐富的實踐經驗，並有多年項目管理與公司運營經驗。此次增資主要結合德科精密所在行業發展趨勢、團隊優勢、技術積累等方面，並綜合考慮德科精密業務與公司客户、渠道資源整合後的價值，經過各方協商，百匯精密深圳擬使用1900萬元人民幣增資參股標的公司。
德科精密的主要客户有比亞迪精密製造有限公司、深圳市銀寶山新科技股份有限公司、惠州建邦精密塑膠有限公司、深圳通達電子有限公司、東莞匯美模具製造股份有限公司等國內知名模具廠，通過4年左右的時間，德科精密已經成為中國3D打印(增材製造)領域的佼佼者。
公司目前確定了以輕型輸送帶與精密模塑產品為核心的“雙輪驅動”發展戰略。在精密模塑領域，公司擁有較強的模具設計開發能力，此次公司通過百匯精密深圳增資參股德科精密切入3D打印(增材製造)領域，利用3D打印(增材製造)更短的生產週期、製造更為複雜的幾何形狀以及降低最終制造成本的能力，有利於進一步提高模具設計和製造的整體效率。
公司通過增資參股德科精密，深耕於精密模具領域，在模具的新技術、新工藝上進行全面佈局，並且雙方的合作有利於各自業務的協同發展。
