千禾味業(603027.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤升34.35% 調味品營收增長34.3%
格隆匯8月26日丨千禾味業(603027.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入5.94億元，同比增長24.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8731.49萬元，同比下降35.55%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8015.75萬元，同比增長34.35%；基本每股收益0.1912元。
報告期內，公司堅持戰略聚焦、產品創新、生產創新、管理創新、營銷創新，高質量推動“年產25萬噸釀造醬油、食醋生產線擴建項目”建設，全面推進總體發展戰略目標。2019年上半年，公司整體業績較去年同期穩定增長，實現營業收入5.94億元，同比增長24.07%，其中調味品實現營業收入4.96億元，同比增長34.3%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8731.49萬元，同比減少35.55 %；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8015.75萬元，同比增長34.35%。
總體上堅定實施“千禾零添加醬油，0添加劑，天然好味道”的品牌定位，對零添加產品進行全面升級，統一品牌符號、統一促銷話術、統一推廣模式。對成熟市場、已覆蓋市場和潛在市場實施差異化的品牌傳播策略，空中媒體、地面媒體、移動終端媒體、賣場宣傳等多種方式有機結合，精準營銷。報告期內，高頻次、場景式宣傳促使川渝市場的產品結構進一步優化，中高端產品增量明顯；受益於公司強有力的推廣培訓和營銷模式複製，其他已開發區域銷售拉動明顯，新開發區域品牌認知度迅速建立。
公司堅持內生式和外延式發展相結合。內生：抓緊推進“年產25萬噸釀造醬油、食醋生產線擴建項目”建設，項目一期10萬噸釀造醬油生產線目前已投入試生產，該生產線在供應、生產、檢測、倉儲等方面的智能化水平較之前得到了大幅提升，基本實現主要設備現場人機界面互動、設備與設備信息互通和多點信息集成、中央控制，生產效率和產品品質同步提升。同時，公司高質量推進二期年產10萬噸釀造醬油和年產5萬噸食醋生產線建設，截至目前，項目廠房已基本建成，進入設備訂製採買階段。外延：報告期內，公司與鎮江市恆康調味品廠、鎮江恆康醬醋有限公司及其全體股東簽訂了《資產及股權收購框架協議》，計劃收購其與生產、銷售食醋相關的資產和股權。該標的位於我國華東地區，其主要業務為生產與銷售食醋，具有較好的品牌知名度。華東地區經濟發達，是公司的重要戰略市場，收購該標的將有利於公司調味品業務發展、助力公司全國戰略佈局。
