格隆匯8月25日丨七彩化學(300758.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，實現營業總收入3.46億元，同比增長17.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5803.59萬元，同比增長10.41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤5823.60萬元，同比增長11.27%；基本每股收益0.59元。
報告期內，公司圍繞2019年經營目標，持續加強技術改造、優化生產工藝，利用技術創新降低生產成本以及提高產品性能，進一步開拓國內外市場，在提高市場佔有率的同時，積極做好公司品牌建設工作，搶抓市場機遇，積極組織有效生產，努力實現完成半年度目標。
1、科技創新及人才引進
公司堅持以科技創新為核心，以人才為創新驅動，從發展"拼資源、拼環境、拼人力、拼速度"向"靠人才、靠智力、靠創新、靠質量"轉變。報告期內，公司引行業內知名專家3名，擁有博士學位，為公司科技創新提供了有力保障。
2、主持核心產品國家行業標準制訂
作為高性能有機顏料行業內細分領域國內領先的生產和研發企業，公司承擔了相關核心產品的行業標準的起草制定工作，目前公司擁有參與/主持制定標準7項，其中，報告期內新增兩項主持行業標準《C.I.顏料黃151》、《C.I.顏料黃180》的制定工作。公司積極參與行業標準制訂既體現了公司領先的核心技術優勢，又能使公司準確把握本行業的政策導向和發展趨勢，為公司在市場競爭中確立領先優勢奠定基礎。
3、市場開拓
報告期內，公司繼續深入實施大客户戰略，在優化產品質量的前提下，圍繞重點客户持續開展推廣工作，穩定擴大產品市場，在穩定已有大客户基礎上，積極拓寬產品的推廣範圍；同時面對不斷變化的市場形勢和競爭格局，進一步加強業務人員的培訓學習和人才隊伍建設，切實做好客户推廣和服務，為支撐公司業務發展提供人才保障。
4、項目建設
報告期內，公司積極推進募投項目以及自有資金項目建設，提升公司自動化水平，爭取早日完成公司各個項目的建設，進一步釋放產能，增強公司核心競爭力。
