華軟科技(002453.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升13.51%至1499.37萬元
格隆匯8月21日丨華軟科技(002453.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約12.25億元，同比增長79.58%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1499.37萬元，同比增長13.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1113.98萬元，同比下降11.07%；基本每股收益0.03元。
報告期內，公司經營管理層緊緊圍繞董事會制定的發展戰略和年度發展目標，一方面積極推動新技術研發、開拓市場，做以產品為基礎的解決方案，夯實金融科技業務；另一方面通過強化管理、改進技術，促進原有業務發展。
報告期內，公司新一代銀行解決方案業務，積極推動新技術開發創新產品，在市場上推出了一系列金融解決方案，包括敏捷銀行、開放銀行、智慧銀行、大資管、參數管理等，並向銀行等金融機構客户提供以產品為基礎的解決方案。與此同時，公司充分利用在農信領域的豐富經驗，推出助力農信轉型升級的“數字農信大平台”，即採用雲計算、大數據、AI等新技術，以平台化戰略思想，助力農信類金融機構構建“智能大中台”，包括客户平台、產品平台、交易平台、流程平台，實現四大關鍵業務要素的能力整合和前端賦能；並結合農信前端的各類實際業務場景，通過開放API，實現產品服務輸出、場景金融和便民普惠。
報告期內，公司智能產融解決方案業務，採用雲計算、區塊鏈等新技術搭建平台，無縫對接金融機構和企業。“簡鏈”平台可支持產業和企業打造“M+1+N”的多對多供應鏈金融服務新模式，通過“1”個平台，連接“M”個資金方，為“N”個產業鏈上下游的中小企業提供金融服務， 解決中小企業融資難、融資貴等問題。公司還積極開拓政府市場，已與山東膠州政府達成合作，協助膠州市政府通過打造產業供應鏈平台，完善供應鏈服務體系，推動傳統產業和新興產業向產業鏈和價值鏈高端邁進，打造全國產業供應鏈綜合服務基地。
公司企業移動化解決方案業務不斷提高移動設備管理管控解決方案和增值服務業務。報告期內，共簽約企業900家左右，企業客户的銷售收入保持不斷增長。同時在原有7家企業解決方案中心(ESC)基礎上，新增西安曲江園區解決方案中心、寧波啟迪科技園區解決方案中心、大連軟件園解決方案中心及寧波工業園區解決方案中心。增值業務佔比不斷提升，為業務的快速發展及增值奠定了良好的基礎。
報告期內，傳統化工行業轉型升級和結構調整計劃已列入政府部門最新出台的相關法律法規中，隨着國家對安全生產要求與環保治理標準不斷提高，公司安全環保的投入與生產成本大幅增加。同時，受宏觀經濟週期下行影響，公司傳統精細化工業務的部分產品市場波動較大，供過於求，市場競爭激烈；對此，公司狠抓安全環保工作，細化各項管理，增加適當安全、環保和生產技術改造投入，保持了業務的正常運轉。
