冀東裝備(000856.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降44.54%至1153.59萬元
格隆匯8月21日丨冀東裝備(000856.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約12.43億元，同比增長54.52%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1153.59萬元，同比下降44.54%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約341.65萬元，同比下降83.31%；基本每股收益0.05元。
2019年上半年，在公司黨委、董事會的領導下，冀東裝備以“改革、發展、創新”為目標，着力打造技術領先和市場佔有兩大核心競爭力，以營銷渠道開拓、應收賬款回收、生產成本管控、推進項目建設為抓手，公司營業收入同比大幅提升，經營規模不斷擴大，公司經營能力顯著提高，較好的完成了各項經營工作。
(1)圍繞二代水泥技術，加大科技研發投入，增強核心競爭力。
1)利用多年的技術積累，以第二代新型幹法水泥為標準，持續完善、優化、提升水泥生產線的工藝和設備性能指標。
2)積極研發廢棄物資源化處置系統，提高水泥生產線對廢棄物的處理能力，進一步發揮水泥生產線的協同處置廢棄物的作用。
3)加大研發投入，取得新的科研成果。2019年上半年公司在獲得4項專利成果的基礎上，又申請專利8項。
(2)強化市場開拓，不斷拓展市場範圍
1)在機械設備領域，將國內存量水泥產能作為重點開拓市場，加強技術改造、備品備件的銷售，實現從單機設備供應商向系統解決方案服務商的轉變。
2)積極拓展民用建築市場，擴大公司市場範圍。
3)針對不同類型市場的特點，完善不同業務領域營銷人員激勵機制和考核機制，增強營銷團隊活力，打造專業化，高素質的營銷團隊。
(3)強化成本管控，積極防範風險
1)從加強供應商管理、控制履約風險等方面入手，進一步規範物資採購招標行為，嚴格控制採購成本。
2)搭建鋼材統一採購平台，對鋼材進行集中、統一採購，提高採購議價能力，降低採購成本。
(4)集中力量，解決應收賬款難題
公司加大應收賬款清收力度，專人負責應收賬款清收，陳欠清收取得成效。
(5)為調整產業結構，實現產品轉型升級，加快智能電氣製造基地項目建設。
