三安光電(600703.SH)半年度扣非淨利潤降66.51%至4.81億元
格隆匯8月21日丨三安光電(600703.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入33.88億元,同比下降18.82%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.83億元,同比下降52.34%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4.81億元,同比下降66.51%;基本每股收益0.22元。
報告期內,公司繼續圍繞戰略發展規劃開展工作,着重於化合物半導體產業的發展,專注於以碳化硅、砷化鎵、氮化鎵、磷化銦、氮化鋁、藍寶石等半導體新材料所涉及到的核心主業研發、生產和銷售,力促光電業的發展,致力於將化合物半導體集成電路業務發展至全球行業領先水平,努力打造具有國際競爭力的半導體廠商。
行業發展至今,芯片產能逐漸向國內轉移,有些企業在技術、配套、客户等環節沒有合理完善的佈局的情況下擴產,產能集中度也越來越高。受限於技術等條件制約,產能釋放導致傳統照明領域的供需結構階段性失衡,產能供給側進入出清的陣痛期。核心技術、配套、客户、知識產權等條件是支持企業走下去的必要因素,此輪供給側產能出清後,最終將保留部分掌握核心技術、擁有較多自主知識產權和知名品牌、競爭力強、產業佈局合理的企業,這些企業市場佔有率有望進一步提高。另外,在技術提升的驅動下,Mini LED、Micro LED、紫外、紅外、植物照明等領域應用市場空間正在逐步被打開。
公司已陸續展開高端、新興市場產品佈局,產品類型已涵蓋汽車照明、Mini LED、紅外、紫外等領域。報告期內,LED芯片競爭激烈,雖然LED芯片數量相比去年同期保持增長趨勢,但因價格相比去年同期降幅較大,導致公司整體營收和實現的效益相比去年同期有大幅度下降,庫存未能得到有效下降。為儘快實現將公司LED芯片市場佔有率提升至全球30%-40%的目標,確保股東利益最大化,公司下半年工作重心一方面要加強銷售力度,降低整體存貨水平,提高存貨週轉率,提升市場佔有率;另一方面要積極配合客户做好技術對接和加強溝通,加大研發力度,推進Mini/Micro LED及其它高端產品的產業化進程,提升公司銷售收入和盈利能力。
報告期內,全資子公司三安集成已取得國內重要客户的合格供應商認證,並與行業標杆企業展開業務範圍內的全面合作。射頻業務HBT、pHEMT代工工藝線已經批量供貨並得到客户一致好評,產品涵蓋2G-5G手機射頻功放WiFi、物聯網、路由器、通信基站射頻信號功放、衞星通訊等市場應用;電力電子業務已推出高可靠性,高功率密度的碳化硅功率二極管及MOSFET及硅基氮化鎵功率器件,產品主要應用於新能源汽車,充電樁,光伏逆變器等電源市場;光通訊業務已具備生產DFB、VCSEL、PD APD等數通產品的能力,產品主要應用於光纖到户,5G通信基站傳輸,數據中心以及消費類終端的3D感知探測等應用市場;濾波器業務產線設備已到位並進入全面安裝調試階段,預計今年產線全面組建完成投產。目前,整體銷售規模雖不大,但與國內知名終端應用廠商都有業務對接,相信隨着客户信賴度和範圍逐步擴大,銷售體量也會逐漸增大,前景廣闊。
