西麥食品(002956.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升10.32%至7495.97萬元
格隆匯8月20日丨西麥食品(002956.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約4.45億元，同比增長12.12%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約7495.97萬元，同比增長10.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約6881.60萬元，同比增長7.05%；基本每股收益1.25元。
2019年上半年，公司緊緊圍繞年度戰略規劃，繼續圍繞以“全家人的健康選擇”為品牌核心價值、以“執信和、健康道”為企業經營理念開展各項工作。在外部經營環境複雜多變的背景下，公司主營業務整體保持着穩步增長趨勢。
報告期內，公司各方面經營運作情況如下：
1、市場營銷方面：繼續實施營銷渠道精耕下沉的策略，重點對銷售相對較弱的區域的渠道進行改造，提高市場覆蓋率和滲透率，加大在社區的新零售推廣方面的投入；並建設強有力的電商平台和配套的物流倉儲體系，從而加強公司在電商渠道上的佈局。同時，持續加強對新產品的上市支持和推廣，優化產品結構，積極拓展年輕消費羣體，迎合市場消費升級需求。
2、產品生產方面：繼續圍繞以“質量安全不妥協，做中國最好燕麥”為宗旨，持續完善的質量管理和食品安全管理體系，以實施ISO22000食品安全管理體系平台為基礎，推行有機產品認證、綠色食品認證、BRC《食品安全全球標準》、《卓越績效評價準則》等多維度的質量安全控制體系，從源頭開始就注重產品質量體系的建設和生產過程管理；持續完善生產工藝和生產流程，推進一線人員管理機制，優化季度計劃和月度計劃，提高材料週轉率，合理控制產品庫存。
3、產品研發方面：在衝調燕麥品類上，持續鞏固、提升各種形態、多種口味和多元營養的產品；同時加大冷食燕麥產品的研發和投入，在冷食燕麥品類上，不斷開發和儲備二期穀物早餐生產線的產品，隨着乾燥機生產線的投入使用，完成了烘焙燕麥片的產品升級，擴大了膨化穀物燕麥產品的生產能力，在提高了休閒類產品品質的同時節約了生產成本；在行業參與方面，公司積極參與了《中國好糧油燕麥及其製品》、《中國好糧油蕎麥及其製品》等相關標準的起草。
4、內控建設方面：公司在上市前後，不斷健全、完善內部控制和公司法人治理結構，依照《公司法》、《證券法》、《公司章程》等相關法規要求，進一步優化相關規章制度，並多次組織針對公司合規治理相關內容的培訓學習，建立並優化上市公司治理規範的內部控制體系。
