格隆匯8月20日丨安奈兒(002875.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約6.55億元，同比增長15.22%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5629.79萬元，同比增長1.62%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約4906.41萬元，同比下降2.16%；基本每股收益0.43元。
公司以經營“Annil安奈兒”自主品牌中高端童裝為主營業務，採取自主研發設計、生產委託加工以及直營與加盟銷售相結合的經營模式。在童裝產品產業鏈中，公司專注於前端的產品開發設計、面輔料採購、供應鏈管理，以及後端的自主品牌運營、銷售渠道管理等核心業務環節。
公司將把握我國嬰童產業的發展機遇，在管理模式上進行深化改革，對產品線進行適當的擴張與優化，調整產品結構，從貨品端更精準把握消費者需求，適時進行品牌擴張。加快線下直營渠道佈局的調整，加大購物中心的拓店力度，把提升平效與店效作為直營業務的重點突破點。繼續大力推進電商渠道的快速發展，增強線上渠道的覆蓋面。探討加盟渠道新的共贏模式，通過ERP系統加強對加盟商精細化管理，利用利益共享和幫助開店促進加盟業務持續穩定發展。安奈兒品牌主打“品質尊享”型客户，通過品牌策略、渠道策略、商品策略三個方面實施，力爭到2022年安奈兒品牌終端零售規模超過50億，成為“品質尊享”細分市場龍頭。
報告期內，公司營業收入穩步增長，但由於受到公司加大清貨力度的影響，銷售毛利率出現一定幅度的下降，此外，公司加大線下店鋪開店力度，銷售費用有所上升，致使公司淨利潤增長率低於收入增長率，淨利潤與去年同期相比基本持平。2019年1-6月，公司實現主營業務收入6.54億元，同比增長15.48%，其中線上渠道實現主營業務收入2.29億元，同比增長33.49%，線下渠道實現主營業務收入4.25億元，同比增長7.63%；實現淨利潤5629.79萬元，同比增長1.62%；截至2019年6月30日，公司總資產11.97億元，較報告期初減少3.20%，所有者權益9.03億元，較報告期初增長5.00%。
