格隆匯8月20日丨華錦股份(000059.SZ)披露2019年半年度報告，報告期內公司實現營業收入183.29億元，同比增長12.59%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤5.38億元，同比下降29.44%；經營活動現金淨流出7.47億元，而上年同期為淨流入6426.24萬元；基本每股收益0.3365元，加權平均淨資產收益率4.00%。
報告期末，公司總資產275.13億元，較上年度末減少15.24%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨資產133.32億元，較上年度末增加1.20%。
公司是國內特大型煉油化工一體化綜合性石油化工企業之一，具有較強的整體規模實力，是國內重要的成品油、中間石化產品、ABS合成樹脂和尿素生產企業，並擁有獨立的公用工程、環境保護系統，及鐵路運輸、公路運輸配套設施。
報告期內，石化企業實現高負荷優化生產。31套石化裝置運行平穩正常，其中核心生產裝置煉油、乙烯運轉率100%，生產負荷分別達到99.1%和108.32%，同比分別提高6.86和1.84個百分點，油品和聚合物產量同比分別增加25萬噸和2.9萬噸；優化生產工藝，乙烯裝置五爐高負荷運行152天，5號裂解爐連續運行創111天的歷史最好記錄，雙烯收率、乙烯綜合能耗指標創歷史最佳值，煉油裝置完成8個油種、20多種混配比例的原油加工，常減壓飽和液化氣收率由設計值的12.5噸/小時提高到18噸/小時，輕油收率達到84.5%，實現了降耗增效；雙興公司本體ABS及丁二烯產量合計同比增加0.55萬噸，本體ABS產品質量進一步改善。
報告期內，化肥企業保持良好效益。錦天化公司合成、尿素裝置運轉率均達100%，A級連續超過300天，天然氣供量同比增加214萬方，尿素產量29.8萬噸，其中，大顆粒尿素和緩釋大顆粒尿素產量同比增加1.1萬噸。
報告期內，北瀝公司運行質量持續改善。瀝青裝置生產負荷達99.3%，創近3年最好水平，同比提高11.3個百分點，各種產品產量同比增加41.7萬噸。
報告期內，公用輔助企業保連續、降成本取得新成果。儲運分公司長輸管線運行安全平穩，原油、柴油輸送儲存損失分別降至0.275‰和0.84‰的歷史最好水平；熱電分公司1-3#脱硫裝置A級連續運行264天，通過鍋爐低氮燃燒調整、採用節能藥劑等措施運行成本進一步降低；工程分公司通過設備巡檢發現隱患352項，完成檢修項目1.3萬項；遼河化肥加強水資源管理，淨水回收率由96%提高至98.87%，污水回用量進一步提高；塑料公司編織袋、棚膜產量穩步增長；物流分公司鐵路安全運行1820天。
