日出東方(603366.SH)半年度業績扭虧為盈至1543.16萬元
格隆匯8月19日丨日出東方(603366.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入15.21億元，同比增長8.65%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1543.16萬元，上年同期虧損1562.71萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損467.74萬元；基本每股收益0.0193元。
太陽能業務方面，報告期內，零售太陽能業務繼續下滑，工程業務持續增加，公司緊抓機遇，調整太陽能業務銷售結構，重點開拓工程市場，推進多能源互補應用；廚電業務方面，在整體行業下滑的情況下，進一步拓寬銷售渠道，實現銷售收入逆勢增長。上半年新增運營商17家，新增雲商84家，整體合作的運營商數量同比增長79.5%；專賣店上半年淨增長383家，增長率10%，全國門店總數同比增長28%；空氣能業務方面，公司繼續以“深耕零售、突破工程、領先採暖”作為戰略指引，實現了空氣源熱泵在常規渠道市場的穩步增長。
品牌建設：報告期內，太陽雨和四季沐歌兩大品牌雙雙入選中國房地產開發企業500強首選品牌。太陽雨品牌登陸中央人民廣播電台、應邀出席第四屆聯合國環境大會；四季沐歌品牌參展2019年中國醫院建築與裝備創新發展大會暨中國國際醫療建築、裝備及技術展覽會（HCDE）、開啟“超級工廠”考察活動、亮相第76屆中國教育裝備展示會、簽約國際女子職業網聯WTA年終總決賽；帥康電氣以國家“推動鄉村振興、建設美麗鄉村”的大勢為契合點，一方面通過“渠道下沉和更深入的品牌推廣”，建立起以客户為中心的鄉村廚房改造服務新生態，另一方面公司將進一步整合資本和技術資源，加大力度進行系列化產品方案和新技術的研發，創新創造更智能更時尚的產品，通過潛吸機系列化、脈衝增壓洗技術集成灶等重新定義帥康產品，建立“綠色智能廚房中心”。
研發方面：太陽能業務，面對市場變化，公司持續進行太陽能熱利用技術升級，通過“太陽能跨季節儲熱”等創新模式，為各類客户提供從熱水到供熱採暖的整體解決方案；廚電業務方面，引入具有國際一流工業設計能力的韓國、台灣專家團隊，成功推出了潛吸機、隔煙灶、集成灶等戰略單品，對熱水器產品進行全面的升級，對洗碗機、垃圾處理器等新興產品也進行了佈局，不斷擴充產品陣容和提升產品競爭力；空氣能業務方面，經過多年的技術沉澱，目前公司在低温融霜、自主變頻控制、空氣能與太陽能聯動結合系統等方面儲備了很好的技術基礎，公司超低温全直流變頻冷暖機組多個核心指標均達到行業領先水平。
