格隆匯8月19日丨華西證券(002926.SZ)公佈2019上半年業績，公司實現營業收入20.05億元，同比增長47.31%；實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.53億元，同比增長58.91%；截至報告期末，公司總資產646.22億元，較期初增長38.14%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益190.81億元，較期初增加3.95%。
2019年上半年，公司圍繞“做大規模、加快發展”的經營思路，搶抓市場機會，在做大業務規模中不斷強化綜合實力。公司上半年證券經紀業務、投行業務、自營業務收入較上年同期大幅增長。
公司經紀及財富管理業務主要包括證券和期貨經紀業務、推廣和代理銷售金融產品業務、提供專業化研究和諮詢服務業務等。報告期內，公司取得經紀及財富管理業務收入7.20億元，較上年同期增長26.65%，佔營業收入比重達到35.93%，為報告期內第二大營業收入來源。其中，代理買賣證券業務收入為經紀及財富管理業務收入的主要來源。
公司的投資業務主要包括公司自營的股票、債券、基金等投資，以及子公司另類投資業務。報告期內，公司及時把握市場機會，投資業務收入達到7.32億元，較上年同期增長101.04%，佔營業收入比重達到36.51%，為報告期內第一大營業收入來源。公司進一步完善投研體系，發揮股票、債券、衍生品投資優勢，豐富價值投資、量化投資、股指增強、另類投資等投資策略，不斷加強各投資策略之間的聯動和協同，提升業務規模，提升公司的盈利能力。
公司信用業務主要包括融資融券業務、股票質押式回購業務、約定購回式證券交易業務等資金融通業務。報告期內，公司扣除分攤的籌資成本後，信用業務實現營業收入3.47億元，較去年同期增長22.89%，佔營業收入比重達17.31%。
公司投資銀行業務主要包括證券承銷與保薦業務、財務顧問業務及新三板推薦等業務。報告期內，公司實現投資銀行業務收入1.81億元，同比增長244.87%，佔營業收入的比重為9.02%。
公司資產管理業務主要為作為集合、定向和專項資管產品以及私募基金管理人提供的資產管理服務。報告期內，公司實現資產管理業務收入0.46億元，較上年同期減少47.49%。
