眾興菌業(002772.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升33.73%至4958.58萬元
格隆匯8月16日丨眾興菌業(002772.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約5.09億元，同比增長22.76%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約4958.58萬元，同比增長33.73%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約3268.64萬元，同比增長113.05%；基本每股收益0.1397元。
報告期內，公司繼續實施“立足西北、面向全國、走向世界”生產基地佈局戰略以及“以金針菇為主，多品種協同發展”的種植品種發展戰略，鞏固並提高各金針菇生產基地的效益，加快雙孢菇生產基地的建設進度。繼續加強成本控制、促進技術創新、提高產品質量、深化市場營銷，注重在生產規模不斷擴大的同時保持管理水平的先進性。
建設方面，公司積極推進在建項目的實施，其中“年產32,400噸金針菇工廠化循環經濟產業鏈建設項目(武威眾興)”一期基本滿產，“年產2萬噸雙孢蘑菇及11萬噸堆肥工廠化生產項目(安陽眾興)”建成投產，“年產30,000噸金針菇生產線建設項目(新鄉星河)”基本建成，其他多個在建項目都按照進度有條不紊地推進。
融資方面，為滿足生產經營需求，公司及公司子公司合計從銀行取得流動資金借款、固定資產長期借款6億元。股權投資方面，公司為進一步加強投融資能力、資本運作和業務整合能力，培育新的利潤增長點，設立了全資子公司江蘇眾興投資管理有限責任公司；為加強食用菌菌種和種植技術的交流，提高食用菌行業菌種的研發能力，促進食用菌種植技術的開發應用，推動食用菌行業的發展，與同業雪榕生物、如意情、華綠生物及萬辰生物共同投資設立合資公司江蘇和正生物科技有限公司。
股份回購方面，基於對公司價值的判斷和未來發展的信心，為有效維護廣大股東利益，增強投資者信心，進一步完善公司長效激勵機制，公司實施了第二期社會公眾股份回購方案。隨着項目的建成投產，公司食用菌產能將逐步釋放，有利於公司食用菌市場份額的進一步擴大和公司行業地位的進一步鞏固並提升，為公司的持續發展壯大奠定堅實的基礎。
報告期公司食用菌銷量相比上年同期增長約20%，營業收入增長22.76%，市場佔有率進一步鞏固和提升。
報告期內，公司產品銷售未發生銷售退回的情況。
報告期內，公司新增發明專利1項，新增土地使用權5項，其他商標、品種權等重要無形資產在報告期內的無重大變化。
