晉西車軸(600495.SH)歸還不超4億元閒置募集資金
格隆匯8月16日丨晉西車軸(600495.SH)公佈,公司於2018年8月21日召開第六屆董事會第二次會議,審議通過了使用總額不超過人民幣4億元(含本數)的部分閒置募集資金暫時補充公司流動資金的議案,使用期限為12個月。
截至2019年8月16日,公司已將上述用於補充流動資金的閒置募集資金全部歸還至募集資金專户。在此期間,公司對用於補充流動資金的閒置募集資金進行了合理的安排使用,資金運用情況良好。公司已將上述募集資金的歸還情況通知保薦機構和保薦代表人。
