格隆匯8月15日丨匯納科技(300609.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約1.09億元，同比增長42.64%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2325.78萬元，同比增長64.00%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約2162.19萬元，同比增長134.44%；基本每股收益0.2305元。
報告期內，公司堅定推進“匯客雲”大數據產品和服務戰略，加大數據服務產品研發投入，加強數據服務模式市場拓展與合作，引進數據服務相關頂尖人才，圍繞數據服務模式推出非公開發行股票方案，公司數據服務戰略邁出堅實第一步。報告期內，公司雲交付的數據服務產品模塊正式推出，雲平台實體商業樣本數量大幅增加，數據服務核心團隊完成組建，這些為公司數據服務戰略的深入推進打下良好基礎。同時，公司也積極利用自身在人工智能、大數據方面的技術積澱，以及在產品落地、運維實施方面的競爭優勢，延伸拓展其他應用領域，在培育新的利潤增長點方面初見成效。
報告期內，公司研發投入 2701.47萬元，同比增長120.23%，研發投入佔營業收入的比例24.75%，同比提高8.72個百分點。年初至本公告日，公司已申請專利6項，軟件著作權7項，通過了ISO270001信息安全認證，有效提升了公司在數據採集、數據管理、數據運營等關鍵技術領域的核心競爭力。
報告期內公司行業影響力和品牌形象持續提升，公司定期發佈的季度、年度以及節假日的全國客流指數報告成為評判線下實體商業冷暖的重要風向標；公司推出的“客查查”微信小程序，依託公司“匯客雲”平台權威樣本數據資源，提供了一個輕量、便捷的商場客流數據對標查詢的手段，得到迅速傳播應用。報告期內，公司相繼獲得了“中國商業地產重點推薦數據服務商”、“中國商業地產行業發展推動獎”、“中國樓宇經濟傑出機構”等獎項。
報告期內，數據服務業務取得實質性進展，“匯客雲”平台樣本數量增加242家，累計樣本數量達到1200家，並陸續與王府井集團、華聯集團等重要實體商業客户簽訂了基於數據服務的戰略合作協議；報告期實現數據服務收入563萬元。
