格隆匯8月15日丨東吳證券(601555.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入26.75億元，同比增長74.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7.50億元，同比增長2758.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7.48億元，同比增長3613.28%；基本每股收益0.25元。
從證券市場來看，今年兩市成交活躍度明顯提升，成交額與換手率均大幅放量，投資者情緒抬升，市場逐漸升温，證券行業經營業績好於去年同期。截至2019年6月30日，上證綜指收於2978.88點，上漲19.45%；深證成指收於9178.31點，上漲26.78%，創業板指數收於1511.51點，上漲20.87%。今年以來，公司積極搶抓市場機遇，轉型發展取得實效，經營業績同比實現大幅增長。
經紀及財富管理業務主要是代理客户(包括通過互聯網)買賣股票、基金、債券、期貨等，通過提供專業化研究服務，協助投資者作出投資決策。報告期內，經紀及財富管理業務實現營業收入7.04億元，同比上升21.66%。
投資銀行業務主要是向機構客户提供企業金融服務，包含股票承銷與保薦、債券承銷、新三板業務、併購重組、其他財務顧問、金融創新服務。報告期內，公司投資銀行業務實現收入2.46億元，同比上升8.51%。
投資與交易業務是以公司自有資金和依法籌集的資金進行權益性證券、固定收益證券、衍生工具及其他另類金融產品的投資交易。報告期內，公司投資與交易業務共實現業務收入11.43億元，同比上升215.15%。
資管及基金管理業務是提供傳統資產管理業務、基金管理業務，根據資產規模及客户需求開發資產管理產品和服務。報告期內，資產管理業務實現收入2.18億元，同比增長329.16%。
信用交易業務主要為個人及機構客户提供包含融資融券、股票質押式回購、約定購回等資本中介業務。報告期內，信用交易業務實現營業收入3.73億元，同比上升18.11%。
