格隆匯8月14日丨集泰股份(002909.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入4.66億元，同比增長6.14%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3128.74萬元，同比增長270.63%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2862.31萬元，同比增長431.07%；基本每股收益0.189元。
主要業務收入來源依次是：有機硅密封膠、水性塗料、其他密封膠、水性密封膠、瀝青漆，分別佔公司主營業務收入的64.75%、20.36%、7.88%、4.80%、2.22%。
報告期內，公司有機硅密封膠實現銷售收入3.01億元，佔公司主營業收入的64.75%，為公司的主要銷售收入來源。
在國家宏觀調控和供給側改革推進過程中，房地產行業進入“新常態”，即高速增長時代已經結束。但是，基於棚户區改造、保障房建設力度增長，新型城鎮化的不斷推進，與房地產相關的行業依然保持一定的市場空間。隨着房地產市場新常態的出現，與其相關的行業逐漸開始“洗牌”，行業集中度增加，低端產品逐步被淘汰，中高端產品需求明顯。公司定位中高端市場業務，契合市場發展方向。同時，公司加快品牌建設，加強業務拓展，提升市場影響力，公司建築市場有機硅密封膠業務保持穩步增長。報告期內，公司有機硅密封膠實現銷售收入3.01億元，較上年同期增長23.14%。
水性塗料系公司為響應國家環保政策，重點培育的新興業務。經過多年培育，應用領域已從單一的石化領域發展至鋼結構、建築工程及集裝箱製造市場，已成為公司較為重要的業務收入來源。報告期內，由於受國際宏觀經濟形勢、全球貿易摩擦、海運市場的整合等因素的影響，集裝箱市場整體發展面臨複雜的形勢，水性塗料產品整體實現銷售收入9464.93萬元，較上年同期下降6.21%。
公司其他密封膠在集裝箱製造市場銷售收入出現下降，主要原因是：1）受“油改水”的影響，逐步被水性密封膠所替代；2）集裝箱市場出現波動，導致需求下降。但在建築工程市場其他密封膠依然存在一定的需求。報告期內，公司其他密封膠的銷售收入較上年同期持平，實現銷售收入3661.95萬元。
水性密封膠系公司為響應國家環保政策，主要為集裝箱市場研發的環保型密封膠，憑藉綠色環保優勢，公司水性密封膠獲得越來越多集裝箱客户的認可。但由於受國際宏觀經濟形勢、全球貿易摩擦、海運市場的整合等因素的影響，集裝箱市場出現波動。報告期內，公司水性密封膠實現銷售收入2232.11萬元，較上年同期下降47.86%。
瀝青漆特指溶劑型瀝青漆，系公司為集裝箱製造市場研製的產品。受環保趨嚴、集裝箱市場“油改水”政策的影響，報告期內，瀝青漆實現銷售收入1030.73萬元，呈現下滑態勢，較上年同期下降17.57%。
