莊臣控股(1955.HK)首日上市高開60% 招股書顯示淨利逐年減少
格隆匯10月16日丨香港“環衞一哥”莊臣控股(1955.HK)今日首日上市高開60%,開報1.6港元,盤前成交8548萬港元,最新總市值8億港元。該股IPO價格為1港元,認購倍數50.03倍。莊臣控股一直作為向香港政府提供環境衞生服務的認可註冊供應商,與許多政府及非政府部門客户建立長期的業務關係。目前公司控股股東包括香港華髮及粵豐環保(1381.HK)。招股書顯示,截止2017年、2018年及2019年3月31日止,莊臣控股的收入分別約為12.041億港元、12.86億港元及14.33億港元。但期內淨利潤分別約為4433.8萬港元、3593.1萬港元、2180.7萬港元,呈逐年下滑趨勢,原因主要是行政開支的大幅增加。
