內房股逆市造好 上月銷售佳融創(01918.HK)金茂(00817.HK)升逾4.5%
中美緊張局勢升級，港股今天跟隨外圍下跌，但恆指跌211點低見25,682，接近上周五盤中低位獲承接，現造25,7762，回吐132點或0.5%。不過，上月銷售理想的內房股逆市造好，尤其是昨晚收市後公布9月合約銷售額年增18%的融創中國(01918.HK)重越20天及50天線(32.6-32.9元)，最高見33.77元，現造33.6元，回升4.7%，成交1,128萬股。融創9月實現合同銷售額按年升18%至629.1億人民幣(下同)，銷售均價每平方米14,620元。累計今年首九個月，實現合約總銷售金額按年升16%至3,694.9億元，銷售均價每平方米14,590元。
中國金茂(00817.HK)9月簽約銷售金額按年增長83%至156.24億元人民幣，該股一舉升破10天、20天、50天及100天線(4.56-4.7元)，現報4.74元，續升4.6%，成交1,200萬股。
9月合約銷售額年增57%至近321億人民幣的世房(00813.HK)股價更連升第六天，最高見25元，創近半年高，現造224.85元，升2.3%。藍籌華潤置地(01109.HK)高見34.2元，現造34.1元，續升2.2%。龍湖地產(00960.HK)續升2.88%報30.85元；龍光地產(03380.HK)升2.1%報11.4元，股價重越10天及20天線(11.3元)。旭輝(00884.HK)回升3%報4.71元，股價重越牛熊線(4.62元)。佳兆業(01638.HK)續升2%報3.66元。
花旗上月初引述第三方調查數據指，34家該行有關注內房企業9月銷售按年增長29%，屬歷史次高，按月也增長25%，遠高於該行早前估算增長10%-15%，該行預計10月銷售將維持強勁，年增達20%-25%。另外，麥格理上周尾也指龍頭內房9月旺季銷售強勁，首選龍湖、世房及金茂。
