報道指MUSE母企因業務過度集中示威區上市申請遭否決
《明報》引述市場消息報道,正在申請上市的本地服裝零售商MUSE母公司妙思集團,早前在上市聆訊時,因業務及擴張計劃「過度集中示威衝突區域」,而被上市委員會否決上市申請,成為罕有因政治因素被否決上市的新股。港交所(00388.HK)表示不評論。
報道指,妙思在申請上市過程順利,上市部亦未有太多查詢,很快便獲排期聆訊,之後卻遭上市委員會質疑公司業務以至擴張計劃都集中於本港旅客旺區,最終被否決上市。
