格隆匯10月2日丨老恆和釀造(2226.HK)逆勢漲5.72%,報3.88港元。盤中最高見4.12港元,暫成交215.8萬港元,最新總市值22億港元。公司9月30日公告稱,控股股東陳衞忠正考慮由兩名潛在投資者分別提交的兩份不具約束力的指示性要約,而陳先生仍在迴應已列入候選名單的有意投資者於盡職審查過程中提出的查詢,相關盡職審查程序預期將於十月底之前完成。可能合作詳細條款的進一步磋商將緊接盡職審查完成後進行,且陳先生將考慮向其中一名潛在投資者授出排他性權利。
