雅生活服务(03319.HK)公布,针对南京紫竹及青岛华仁收购,根据其经营财务报表,两者均达成截至2018年底止的经营目标,南京紫竹对价的第三期款项及青岛华仁对价的第四期款项并未被抵扣。
而有关兰州城关收购,由於董事会未收到其经审核财务报表,将适时就其经营目标作进一步公告。
