格隆汇8月30日丨中国铁建(01186.HK)公布，2019年上半年，公司实现营业收入3,529.349亿元，同比增长14.23%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润92.84亿元，同比增长15.93%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润85.27亿元，同比增长19.36%；每股收益0.65元。
2019年上半年，本集团新签合同额7,186.973亿元，为年度计划的43.30%，同比增长18.01%。其中，国内业务新签合同额6,460.241亿元，占新签合同总额的89.89%，同比增长19.59%；海外业务新签合同额726.732亿元，占新签合同总额的10.11%，同比增长5.55%。截至报告期末，本集团未完合同额29,421.645亿元，同比增长12.59%。其中，国内业务未完合同额23,754.421亿元，占未完合同总额的80.74%；海外业务未完合同额5,667.224亿元，占未完合同总额的19.26%。
报告期内，工程承包板块新签合同额6,118.924亿元，占新签合同总额的85.14%，同比增长23.14%。其中，铁路工程新签合同额981.032亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的16.03%，同比增长18.58%；公路工程新签合同额1,165.102亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的19.04%，同比增长0.79%；城市轨道工程新签合同额658.711亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的10.77%，同比增长27.53%；房建工程新签合同额1,910.249亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的31.22%，同比增长60.62%；市政工程新签合同额996.333亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的16.28%，同比增长14.32%；水利电力工程新签合同额80.180亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的1.31%，同比下降56.17%；机场码头及航道工程新签合同额215.263亿元，占工程承包板块新签合同额的3.52%，同比增长199.92%。
报告期内，本集团非工程承包板块新签合同额1,068.049亿元，占新签合同总额的14.86%，同比下降4.74%。其中：勘察设计谘询新签合同额77.757亿元，同比下降34.83%；工业制造新签合同额98.538亿元，同比下降6.89%；物流与物资贸易新签合同额432.940亿元，同比增长0.63%；房地产新签合同额398.315亿元，同比下降2.90%。
